We ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan, and aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of purchase. Shipments are sent primarily via FedEx, with other international carriers used depending on the item and destination. All shipments include insurance and a tracking number. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs processing in your country or other circumstances beyond our control.

Duties & Import Taxes

Returns

Due to the nature of international transactions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's reasons (such as the item not matching your expectations, or size preferences).
