No order is accepted until UPRISE confirms acceptance, which requires that we have received and processed your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Orders may not be able to be cancelled after they have been accepted.

Returns and exchanges of purchased items are only possible in accordance with our Refund Policy

You represent that your purchases from our online store are intended primarily for your own personal or household use.

If you intend to purchase as a business, for commercial resale, or for export, please contact us at info@uprise-vintage.com before placing your order. We may require separate terms to apply, or may decline the order.

Section 4 - Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email.

Treatment of import duties:

For deliveries to the United States, all import duties are covered by us. You will not pay any additional customs duties on arrival.

For deliveries to countries other than the United States, unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, fees, customs duties, or import charges, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices shown in our online store may differ from those offered in physical stores or in stores operated by third parties. We may run promotions on the Services from time to time under terms separate from these Terms; in the event of a conflict, the promotion terms will prevail.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other causes beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the items to the carrier.

The UPRISE name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of UPRISE, its affiliates, or its licensors. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. The Shopify name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify.

Section 7 - Optional Tools

As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer-facing tools provided by third parties that we do not monitor, control, or have any input into. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of any optional third-party tools.

We may also offer new features through the Services in the future, including the release of new tools and resources. Such new features will also be subject to these Terms.

UPRISE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases in this store are made directly with UPRISE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and UPRISE, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the products and services purchased. You expressly agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with UPRISE.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate your access to this Agreement or the Services (or any part) at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following provisions survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the location of UPRISE's head office (Japan), and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there. You and UPRISE consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 24 - Changes to the Terms

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
