About UPRISE

Who We Are 
UPRISE is an online retailer of authenticated pre-owned luxury goods, operated by ROCKON Co., Ltd., a licensed secondhand dealer in Tokyo, Japan. We have bought and sold pre-owned luxury bags, watches and accessories since 2010 — sixteen years of daily work in one of the world's most demanding secondhand markets.

How We Operate
We are an online-only business. Every item is held, inspected, photographed and shipped from our facility in Funabori, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo. We previously operated a retail showroom in Shinjuku, which closed in June 2026; we now serve customers exclusively online.

We source directly in Japan, where pre-owned luxury goods are known for exceptional condition and careful ownership. Each piece is bought by our own buyers — we do not dropship, and we do not list items we have not physically handled.

Our Authentication Process
STEP 1 — Sourcing Inspection. Every item is hand-inspected at the time of sourcing by buyers with deep experience in the Tokyo secondhand market.
STEP 2 — Expert Authentication. Our specialists verify each piece by serial number, stitching, hardware and materials.
STEP 3 — Honest Grading. Before listing, we perform a final inspection and give an honest condition assessment, clearly showing any flaws in the photographs and description.

Shipping and Returns
Orders to the United States ship free, with all import duties covered by us (DDP). Items ship from Tokyo within 2 business days of payment. Returns are accepted — please see our Refund Policy for full details.
